Small Group Personal Training in West Midtown
Train alongside fellow Blueprint Fitness members in a Semi-Private training environment. This is no “cookie cutter” model as each person in semi-private training will have the option to choose between one of THREE training programs: Muscle Building, Fat Loss, or Hybrid
- Muscle Building: Focus on building a strong, lean body through the use of powerlifting (bench, squat, deadlift), dumbbells, kettlebells, and machines. This program works for those looking to enhance their current strength and physique or for those who wish to build a foundation with correct form and steady progressions to track progress.
- Fat Loss: If you’re looking to lose a few pounds or you simply prefer a more cardio-intensive workout then this is the program for you. Designed with the focus on mini HIIT circuits to kick up your lung capacity, heart health, and a slimmer waistline you’ll get a great bang for your buck with this program using kettlebells, battle ropes, treadmills, rowers, and various plyometric and core exercises.
- Hybrid: One of our most POPULAR options. Hybrid combines the strength focus of “Muscle Building” and the cardio aspect of “Fat Loss” programs to give you a solid mix that is sure to leave you feeling stronger and leaner after every workout. You will have the option to powerlift in this program or by pass it and continue with the strength and cardio circuits designed to give you a quick and effective workout.
