What is Kettlebell Training?
Kettlebells can make an AMAZING difference in your body shape and confidence when used correctly. Kettlebell training will tone, sculpt, and get you in the best shape of your life. Simply put, a kettlebell is the one tool that can give you the best strength and conditioning workout you have ever experienced. The magic lies within its offset handle and smooth round shape that allows you to manipulate the kettlebell in a way that you are unable to do with a dumbbell, barbell, or any other training device.
The Kettlebell Workouts
Kettlebell Basics is a one hour instructional workout that will teach you how to use the kettlebell correctly, safely, and in a manner that will get you the results you are looking for. At Blueprint Fitness we offer 4 different kettlebell training workouts.
Kettlebell Swing – great for those at a beginner to intermediate level
Kettlebell Clean – great for those at a beginner level (dead clean) to intermediate level (swing clean)
Turkish Get-Up (aka. Get Up’s or TGU) – great for those at a beginner to intermediate level
Kettlebell High-Pull and Snatch – reserved for our intermediate to advanced level members who have been practicing for at least 4-6 months
