My fitness career began 10 years ago. Like most trainers it was just a means to make a little cash on the side while I was building my career. As time went by I found myself making fitness my career. Lots of “ups” and “downs” along the way to building the business I have today. Well, life is the best teacher and I’ll be damned if I wasn’t going to learn from my mistakes and pass the info along.


This E-Book is the composite of the most important and easy-to-understand concepts I’ve learned over the last 10 years for the “every day” person to build a healthy, better version of themselves. This is not the “end-all, be-all” book on fitness. However, it’s the cliff note version to help you begin or improve your fitness journey.
