Work with Joshua 1-on-1 and develop a perfectly tailored fitness and nutrition program designed to reach your fitness goals in record time! Whether your goals are simple (lose fat, build lean muscle) or high performance (Special Operations, Collegiate athlete, Professional Athlete, Physique Competitor) Joshua will assess, design, and enhance your training with over a decade of knowledge and training experience.
What is it?
Our 1 on 1 Personal training Design membership allows you open gym access all day every day. After your fitness consultation with our Assessor, we will determine what program is best for you and your goals. Every month your program design will change and you will meet with one of our certified trainers to review your new workout plan (program).
This membership gives you FULL gym access and you get to use all the fun equipment around the facility including kettlebells, steel maces, steel bells, tires, battle ropes and more. If this sounds like the program for you then give us a call to start your 30 Day Personal Training Experience!
When a trial member decides to join we create a custom Blueprint based on their evaluation. This Blueprint will advise you on what workouts to take, how often, and when to take them. Over time your Blueprint is adjusted as you reach your goals. Included in the Blueprint is your Functional Movement Screen (FMS), measurements, stretches, strength progressions, Indie program (if requested), and powerlifting log (if needed).
