What is it?  Team Personal Training is a unique circuit training workout that allows you to take full advantage of our expert training staff. Each workout is designed to increase your functional strength, boost your metabolism, and shed the pounds.  Our Team Personal Training workouts focus on either cardio or strength and incorporate many dynamic movements to help you get the results you are looking for. 

The Blueprint:  When a trial member decides to join we create a custom Blueprint based on their evaluation. This Blueprint will advise you on what workouts to take, how often, and when to take them. Over time your Blueprint is adjusted as you reach your goals. Included in the Blueprint is your Functional Movement Screen (FMS), measurements, stretches, strength progressions, Indie program (if requested), and power lifting log (if needed).

The Workout: Total Body Conditioning

Turn up the music and get ready to sweat! Our Total Body Conditioning workout is a 45 minute to 1 hour circuit training session that focuses on full body cardio exercises.  We get your body moving at each of the 6-7 stations within the workout. Also included within each workout are abs, light strength training, kettlebells, and a fun group finisher. TBC is a great workout for those who want to feel like they have been sprinting on a treadmill for an hour without having to sprint on a treadmill.  The TBC workout is designed for all levels of fitness.

The Workout: Iron Strength

If you really want to burn fat then strength training is one of the best ways to get it done.  Iron Strength is a circuit training workout focused on strength and toning. Incorporating kettlebell presses, rows, deadlifts, and squats are favorites of ours to quickly increase muscle tone and shed the pounds.  Each strength exercise is easily modified depending on your skill level, but we still keep it challenging!  Iron Strength is the perfect full body strength training workout for those who want to lift weights and firm up.
