David is a former Army Blackhawk Crew Chief with two deployments. David was medically retired after receiving a number injuries to his hip, shoulder, and knees. After sticking with the Blueprint Program David no longer has pain in his shoulders, knees, and a significant amount of reduced pain in his hip. He can now do exercises that Doctors and Trainers told him he would never be able to do including Handstands and L-Sit Pull-Ups. In addition to the results above his waist line has gone down 1.5 inches and his arms have increased in size. David’s pulse had decreased significantly since he first joined showing a much lower resting heart rate and increase in cardiovascular endurance.
