We are looking for 20 men who live in Atlanta that fit the following criteria to take part in our 8 Week – New Year, New You Challenge.

  • Are aged between 25 – 60
  • Want to lose weight, get fit and create the body you want
  • Want to add lean, toned and firm muscle
  • Want the accountability and motivation to keep you on track to get awesome results
  • Live/Work near or West Midtown Atlanta LOCATION
  • Are a first time Blueprint Fitness client

  • Are willing to be consulted both online and in person
  • Are willing to take before and after photographs so we can keep you accountable and make sure you hit your goals
  • Can dedicate 60 minutes, 2-4 times a week to exercise
  • Are willing to listen and apply our knowledge to change your body
  • Don’t mind putting in the effort and working hard

I have been a member of Blueprint Fitness for 1.5 years and I absolutely love it here. When I joined the gym, I had 24% body fat and was quite weak. Today I am have 12% body fat, have added on several pounds of muscle and am WAY stronger. Josh and Shane (who own the gym) are the chief instructors who design the weekly workout programs. I am yet to meet someone who is as dedicated, passionate and knowledgeable as they are. Without a doubt, the #1 highlight of this gym is the quality of the workouts and the great information and guidance that we receive on posture, form, mobility and nutrition.The gym offers small group training and team training The small groups are restricted to 4 people per group which allows the trainers to give personal attention and guidance. The team training has larger groups with more circuit-style training. The gym also offers mobility classes on Wednesdays (which I love). I usually come to the small group workouts 4 times a week and I must say that they have made me a huge fan of Powerlifting, Kettlebell Training and Bodyweight Training.
