Kettlebell Basics is a one hour instructional workout that will teach you how to use the kettlebell correctly, safely, and in a manner that will get you the results you are looking for. At Blueprint Fitness we offer 4 different kettlebell training workouts.
- Kettlebell Swing – great for those at a beginner to intermediate level
- Kettlebell Clean – great for those at a beginner level (dead clean) to intermediate level (swing clean)
- Turkish Get-Up (aka. Get Up’s or TGU) – great for those at a beginner to intermediate level
- Kettlebell High-Pull and Snatch – reserved for our intermediate to advanced level members who have been practicing for at least 4-6 months
