I haven’t exercised in a long time and I have chronic pain. Can the Blueprint program help me?

Yes, the Blueprint program can be specifically designed to improve your physical strength, movement capabilities, and reduce pain. Many of the Blueprint Fitness members who stick to their program notice pain reduction and increased mobility within the first few weeks.

I have never exercised before, can I do this?

Yes, the Blueprint program was created for everyone including complete beginners who lack knowledge and training experience.

Will the Blueprint program help me develop a toned athletic look?

Yes, the Blueprint program was designed to create a symmetrical, lean, strong, and attractive physique. The program was not designed for those who want to look like bodybuilders.

Can I get a deal of any type?

We pride ourselves on treating every single member the same every time; therefore we don’t make individual deals with new members. We also guarantee that any new members who sign up after you will never pay a lower price than when you joined.

Are you a Crossfit gym?

No. Created in house the Blueprint training program is highly customized for each member depending on their abilities and limitations. You are not thrown into a group and expected to do the same exercises as everyone else. Our emphasis is on form and technique, not speed and reps. There is no olympic lifting, and you are never asked to complete an exercise as fast as possible.  We focus on creating and maintaining a healthy body, not destroying it.

Why do you use kettlebells?

Kettlebells are a fantastic prehab, rehab, and strengthening tool…when used correctly. Kettlebells provide a strength and conditioning element in one workout that is not easily achieved when using dumbbells or machines. Simply put, they are arguably one of the most practical and useful exercise tools available.

What is the Functional Movement Screen (FMS)?

The FMS is a 7 movement test that helps us find any asymmetries, limitations, and dangerous movement patterns so that they can be addressed. The FMS also indicates an individual’s readiness to perform exercises so that realistic goals can be set and achieved. The FMS score is then applied to your Blueprint program using corrective exercise strategies to improve any movement issues if needed.

How often do you test members progress?

We perform a Functional Movement Screen (FMS), body fat testing, and take measurements monthly.

Do you have showers?

Yes, we have showers in the men and women’s bathrooms.
