West Midtown Atlanta Gym OwnersIn 2012, three brothers by the names of Jeremiah, Joshua, and Shane developed a vision for a revolutionary, new approach to fitness. Prior to this vision, all three brothers played football for years, but unfortunately ended up sustaining significant weight gain and injuries. Joshua (right) began studying concepts such as types of body movement, methods in pain reduction, and overall human anatomy. This is when the idea for Blueprint Fitness was born.

Blueprint Fitness is designed to help people reach their specific fitness goal.  Whether you are trying to lose weight, tone up, build muscle, or reduce body fat % the Blueprint Program can help you.   The program is for those who value hard work, dedication, and holding themselves relentlessly accountable.

At Blueprint Fitness, we believe in, first, moving correctly. Then, moving often. You can’t reach any goal without a good PLAN. Then, you BUILD upon it using your abilities and limitations. Finally, you SUCCEED through ongoing progressions to reach new levels.  We will be honest with you, we will push you, we will hold you accountable, and we want you to have fun. What makes Blueprint Fitness different is that it has truly personalized the group training concept. You are given a ‘blueprint’ designed specifically for your limitations and abilities. At Blueprint Fitness, testing methods are used to gauge improvement in muscle balance, body awareness, and strength. Your program is laid out before you and can be adjusted based on your progress. It’s like getting personal training, but in a small group setting and at a group price!!!

The Blueprint training style is completely different than other fitness trends. Their focus is on the ‘burn’, ours is on the movement. Their focus is on reps, our focus is on form. Your goal is to master movement patterns. The by product is a lean, fit, strong, mobile body free of pain.

Blueprint Fitness is entirely based on personal and one-on-one interaction in order to develop a “blueprint” for each individual. Rather than training with a large group and going through the motions in unison with 20 or more people, much like how many other fitness programs in Atlanta handle group training, individual assessments and blueprints are given to each person. Each blueprint outlines each person’s personal strengths, abilities, and limitations.
